  • Made to order (5-10 business day production time)

This harness converts a 12-pin Bi-Xenon wiring loom into a 10-pin layout. Because OEM 12-pin female connectors aren’t available, this kit uses labeled wires and crimps so you can hardwire the conversion cleanly. It’s the solution if you want to run 10-pin aftermarket headlights (or OEM halogen-spec replacements) on a 12-pin Bi-Xenon harness.

This product is made to order and typically has a 5-10 day production time. It will ship directly from the supplier.

Key Features

  • Hardwire conversion: cut your existing 12-pin harness and crimp into this adapter
  • All wires are individually labeled for easy identification
  • Adapts 12-pin Bi-Xenon wiring to 10-pin aftermarket / halogen headlights
  • Maintains standard functions: low beam, high beam, DRL, and markers
  • Works with MK4 (PQ34) and MK5 (PQ35) Jetta / Golf platforms

Fitment & Compatibility

  • Platforms: MK4 PQ34 and MK5 PQ35
  • Use case: adapting a factory 12-pin Bi-Xenon harness to 10-pin aftermarket or halogen headlights
  • Compatible with most aftermarket 10-pin housings (no AFS functionality is required since these lights don’t support it)
  • If unsure, send photos of your connectors or VIN and I’ll confirm before you order

Why Use This Harness

There’s no true “plug-and-play” 12-pin female to 10-pin adapter available. This harness gives you a proper hardwire solution with labeled wiring, so you can adapt your car cleanly instead of splicing randomly or replacing the entire loom.

Notes

  • Requires basic electrical skills and use of  crimps
  • Always disconnect the battery before cutting or crimping wires
  • Confirm pin orientation before finalizing the wiring
