Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders from other countries are by arrangement only – contact us before ordering. Remote activation and coding services are delivered online and have no shipping charge except if a cable is purchased with the order.
Processing time
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Items marked special order, made to order or drop-shipped ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor and typically take 5-10 business days to dispatch depending on supplier; the product page states the lead time where it is longer. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. [Free standard shipping on US orders over $X.] Express options are offered at checkout where the carrier supports the destination.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with [USPS, UPS and FedEx]. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Some drop-shipped items ship in separate packages from separate locations.
The DoIP cable for remote activations
If you order a DoIP cable with an activation, it ships mainly same day but on occasion within 1–2 business days by USPS First Class / UPS Ground (or carrier chosen) and normally arrives in 2–3 business days in the US, same in Canada. Book your session for after the cable arrives.
Headlight and Tail Light orders
If you order any of the headlight or tail light orders, they will require a signature for delivery and are insured for the value of the item.
Canada and duties
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the carrier on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
Address errors, lost and damaged shipments
Please check your address at checkout; we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date and we will file a claim and resolve it. We do to PO boxes.
