Not compatible with 1.4 TSI turbo petrol engines – all 1.4 TSI variants use the MQ250 5-speed shifter
Some 1.9L TDI variants in certain VAG models may not use the MQ350 / 500 transmission despite being 6-speed – confirm transmission code before ordering
On older transmissions with a heavily worn shift tower, a 16mm inner / 22mm outer washer may be required under the M8 nut
