Refund Policy

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us through our 'Contact Us' page.

All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum 5% cancellation fee (varies by product, see details below) to cover payment processing fees and other overhead costs which are not refunded to ACM Technik.

Some products such as made-to-order wire harnesses cannot be refunded after purchase due to agreements with vendors/manufacturers, as noted on product pages.

Returns and Exchanges

ACM Technik accepts returns of most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.*

*Tunes and Tuning Cables/Dongles: Once an order for a tune, tuning cable, or tuning dongle has been fulfilled/shipped, we are no longer able to refund the purchase.

*Activation/Coding Services: All ACM Technik feature activation and coding service costs are 100% refundable prior to the service being performed (excluding cost of remote activation cables). Features that have been activated may be returned within 30 days after your activation appointment for a 50% refund of the cost of the service. Feature(s) must be removed/reverted to stock prior to a refund being issued. For orders that include a remote activation cable, the cable(s) may be shipped back at your expense for a 75% refund of the cost of the "remote" fee.

Additionally, if you already have the DoIP cable and USB adapter from a previous activation or coding job, please do not select the "remote" option for any subsequent purchases. Purchasing the "remote" option for subsequent activation/coding jobs will trigger another cable setup to be shipped to your address. This will not be refunded.

*Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping is a service that provided by an external party, and once the service is fulfilled by that party we cannot recoup the costs. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges/fees, except on rental items where a return label is provided as part of the service.

*Import Fee/Duties: Products shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import fees or customs duties. These extra costs are the responsibility of the importer (the customer).
