All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum 5% cancellation fee (varies by product, see details below) to cover payment processing fees and other overhead costs which are not refunded to ACM Technik.

Some products such as made-to-order wire harnesses cannot be refunded after purchase due to agreements with vendors/manufacturers, as noted on product pages.

ACM Technik accepts returns of most unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.*

*Returned Items: All returned hardware items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A refund for these items will be issued after we have received the returned goods and they have been inspected.

*Tunes and Tuning Cables/Dongles: Once an order for a tune, tuning cable, or tuning dongle has been fulfilled/shipped, we are no longer able to refund the purchase.

*Activation/Coding Services: All ACM Technik feature activation and coding service costs are 100% refundable prior to the service being performed (excluding cost of remote activation cables). Features that have been activated may be returned within 30 days after your activation appointment for a 50% refund of the cost of the service. Feature(s) must be removed/reverted to stock prior to a refund being issued. For orders that include a remote activation cable, the cable(s) may be shipped back at your expense for a 75% refund of the cost of the "remote" fee.

Additionally, if you already have the DoIP cable and USB adapter from a previous activation or coding job, please do not select the "remote" option for any subsequent purchases. Purchasing the "remote" option for subsequent activation/coding jobs will trigger another cable setup to be shipped to your address. This will not be refunded.

*Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping is a service that provided by an external party, and once the service is fulfilled by that party we cannot recoup the costs. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges/fees, except on rental items where a return label is provided as part of the service.

*Import Fee/Duties: Products shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import fees or customs duties. These extra costs are the responsibility of the importer (the customer).

*Product Fitment Disclaimer: It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify product fitment and compatibility with their vehicle or intended application prior to purchase. While we provide product fitment guides as a shopping tool to help narrow down potentially compatible products, these guides do not guarantee fitment for your specific application. We strongly recommend consulting your vehicle's owner's manual, a qualified mechanic, or the product manufacturer's specifications to ensure proper fitment.

Our standard return policy applies to products that are found to be incompatible with the customer's vehicle after purchase. Please refer to our return policy for specific terms, conditions, and any applicable restocking fees.

ACM Technik does not currently price match other vendors. Our prices are set by our suppliers, which unfortunately does not allow us the power to change pricing at will.

*Coding and Activations: We offer retroactive price adjustments to coding and activation services within 15 days of original purchase. If you find that the price of a coding or activation service is lower than the price you paid within the last 15 days, please contact us to be refunded the cost difference on these services.
