The mirror assembly uses factory mounting points, so you won't need aftermarket brackets or drilling. Verify your vehicle has the factory power mirror connector before installation — if you're upgrading from a manual mirror, additional wiring work may be required.
Will the heating element work immediately after installation?
The heating function activates through your vehicle's climate control system. Once the mirror is wired in and power is confirmed, the heater should operate whenever you activate the rear defrost or mirror heat function in your cabin controls.
Can I paint this mirror to match a custom color?
The mirror housing can be prepped and painted if needed, but test-fit first to confirm the assembly functions smoothly before committing to paint work. Paint application is outside the scope of the product and should be handled separately if desired.
