This is the IQ projector headlight retrofit kit specifically for every MK8 Golf trim with stock LED reflector housings (notable 2022 US spec GTI S-trim).

Everything is Drop Shipped from the suppliers.

Included in the kit is:

4B Multifunction Module
2 Suspension Ride Height Sensors
A VAS 5054A cable required for programming.
The Programming of the Headlights once installed.
The headlight wiring harness

OEM headlight units are factory headlights from VW Europe. Price includes the required Power Modules.

OE Aftermarket headlights are units from FAW-Volkswagen (VW China). Price includes the required Power Modules.

NAR OEM units are factory IQ headlights installed on all other North American Golfs with projector headlights.

Please note, this kit includes all the items necessary to replace the reflector headlights on 2022 S trim GTIs. Matrix functionally is possible, however activating it requires additional costs associated with adding auto high beam functionality as well. As such, activating matrix on IQ projector retrofits is more costly than just a base matrix activation.

Enhance your MK8 S model with our retrofit harness, meticulously designed for vehicles originally equipped with Entry LED headlights. These factory-installed Entry LED headlights feature advanced reflector technology and LED illumination, with the exception of the turn signals, which utilize incandescent bulbs.

Our harness unlocks the potential for you to upgrade to the IQ headlights, a premium option originally exclusive to the 2022+ MK8 GTI SE/Autobahn, 2023+ MK8 GTI S/SE/Autobahn, and Golf R models.

The High LED headlights elevate your driving experience with their superior lens technology, complete LED integration, and led turn signals. They also boast an integrated static cornering light with a 'poor weather light' function and with the possibility for Dynamic Light Assist (DLA)/Matrix for enhanced visibility and safety.

Please note, this retrofit is not a simple plug-and-play solution. To complete the upgrade, you will need the IQ lights NAR or ECE, a height sensor for both front and rear (technically only rear is required, however 2 sensors is more OEM), and a 4B Multifunction module.

Coding is required for this to work. After installation please shoot an email and programming will be performed.
