This was a super convenient experience. It was as close to hands off as humanly possibly (aside from physically plugging in the laptop) and took about 15 minutes. My tech also helped me adjust the start/stop feature that I couldn't figure out via my OBD app. Thanks, Ryan (I think that's his name)!

Got my Tig in January and 100% kicking myself for not getting this upgrade sooner. Pre-upgrade was like driving around in a black & white world. Then bam, Anthony uploaded his magic tune dust, the HK system woke from a slumber, and I am cruising in technicolor now. It took a day or two to realize the full impact. I wouldn't say it is a complete 180, but for the price and no hardware swap, this is as good as you can get for a non-intrusive upgrade. Anthony was awesome to work with, explained everything in detail, and stayed on the call to answer all my questions. Looking forward to working with him again to get the other activations installed. Money WELL spent!
