Comfort Blinker 3 Blinks to 5 Blinks

This changes the amount of blinks that happen when the comfort blinker (tapping the stalk) is used. It changes it from 3 blinks to 5 blinks.

This procedure requires SFD Unlocking a module and performing a dataset upload.
